This is not a junior role. We are looking for someone who already knows the trade: someone who looks at a roof and immediately sees what is needed, who understands the materials, the build-up and the pricing, and who guides a client through their choices with confidence.
You work as a self-employed partner, on commission, free to organise your own agenda. In return we expect focus: this role needs your full attention. Full-time is not required, half-hearted does not work.
You follow up the leads coming from our sales and marketing efforts, but you do not wait for them. You hunt yourself, in private homes as well as commercial buildings. D-RENO is a well-known player in the region, recognised for beautiful full renovations, so you sell something you can be proud of.
For us this is a win-win. We like to see you grow and we provide everything you need: quality leads, the drone, reference material, technical support and short lines to the owner. You work very independently, plan your own agenda and build your own portfolio. Beautiful projects mean beautiful commissions: the stronger you perform, the better we both do.
What you'll do
- Follow up leads from sales and marketing and turn them into appointments fast
- Generate your own leads and prospect: private homes and commercial buildings
- Visit clients by appointment, including evenings when that suits the client better
- Measure roofs, preferably by drone, and capture the project properly
- Draw up quotations in Bouwsoft, clear and complete
- Present quotations by mail or in person and do what it takes to close
- Think along about solutions, project options and ideas for the client
- Hand the signed file over cleanly to project management
What we ask
- Proven experience selling roofing works, you know the materials and the techniques
- Hunter mentality: you do not wait for leads, you create them
- Commercially result-driven, you deliver on your sales targets
- Self-employed or willing to become so, with your own car and company number
- Sufficient availability, including a weekly slot for evening appointments
- Comfortable with digital tools, experience with Bouwsoft is a real plus
- Dutch speaking, French or English is a plus
